**EP Cardiology opening in Indiana**_x000D_

* Located in ***Fort Wayne, IN*** - with a population of 265,000+ people_x000D_
* Full-time, permanent opening_x000D_
* Employed position_x000D_
* Joining a large, dynamic, multidisciplinary Cardiology group of CV surgeons, Non-Invasive Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Advanced Heart Failure and Heart Transplant Cardiologists_x000D_
* With their own heart transplant program, as well as research opportunities available within their own research organization, the network provides the full spectrum of cardiology care to northeast Indiana_x000D_
* Hospital has 2 EP labs, 1 hybrid lab, and the latest imaging technology_x000D_
* Also equipped with three mapping systems: Carto, ESI, and Rhythmia_x000D_
* EP candidates should be well versed in both basic and advanced EP procedures and device implementation_x000D_
* Interest and competence in complex ablations including VT, AFib, and laser lead extractions is strongly preferred_x000D_
* Watchman experience is a plus_x000D_
* Cryo, RF AFib, and Convergent AF Ablations_x000D_
* VT Ablations with Impella support and epicardial approach_x000D_
* Laser lead extractions_x000D_
* Watchman_x000D_
* Physicians are supported by a PA who is highly trained in hospital rounding, triage, and assisting in procedures with closing and ILR implants_x000D_
* Team also has an office NP, RNs including an AFib navigator, procedure scheduler and CMAs_x000D_
* Highly trained and dedicated EP staff of RNs and RTs_x000D_
* Call is limited to EP only and is shared equally among EP physicians during the day. Night call is covered by the cardiology nocturnists_x000D_
* The EP outpatient clinics include a dedicated AFib clinic which is part of the Heart and Vascular Center (with clinics for structural heart, heart failure, lipid management and Pulmonary Hypertension)_x000D_
* AFib Certified with the ACC Accreditation Service_x000D_
