DESCRIPTION:

· Dates 6/17-9/20, Mon-Fri and 2nd Saturday of the month

· Employee Health Clinic for employees and their families

· 10-12 patients per day

· EMR- eClinicalWorks

REQUIRED:

· Active NJ license

· Active DEA

· Certifications- ACLS and BLS

· Two-years Primary care NP experience

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate

· Malpractice Insurance coverage

SCHEDULE:

· Dates 6/17-9/20, Mon-Fri and 2nd Saturday of the month, M/Th/F 8a-4p, Tu 8a-6p, W 8a-12p, F 8a-4p, Sat 8a-12p
