Position Type: 1099/Locum Tenens
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Department : Oncology
Location : Oregon
Shift: : M-F 8-5 pm
On Call Requirement : Rotation 1 in 3 or 4 for 1 week at a time, includes nightly call and weekend call. Primarily critical lab value calls and symptomatic patients needing advice/assistance.
Certification Requirements: Board Certified

State License Requirements: OR License
State Additional Certification Requirement: BLS , ACLS and AONCP (willing to obtain)
EMR : Epic, Beacon
Average number of Patients per Day : 10-12Cases
Required Duties and Procedures:

• Supervising medical oncologists onsite and radiation oncologists onsite.
• Medical oncology and infusion experience required.
• Assist infusion nursing staff with symptom management, pt. evaluation/assessment
• Follow-up solid tumor appointments primarily, with patients who are on active treatment and in survivorship

Average Time of Credentialing: 3-4 weeks,
