A Critical Access Hospital in west Texas is seeking a NP or PA to join their team of 2 Family Medicine physicians and 4 APPs.
Opportunity:
• Maintain ER and inpatient skill set with a low patient census
• See 7-10 patients per day in the clinic
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
• Never ending salary up to $180,000
• 180% retirement match
• Sign-on + relocation stipend
Community:
• This community is located in rural west Texas about an hour from Midland-Odessa, which has a combined population of 340K.
• Immediate access to Midland International Airport
• No state income tax
• This area offers incredible outdoor scenery and numerous trails for hiking and enjoying nature.
