- Dates of Coverage: 08/30/2024-12/30/2024
- Shift: M-F; 8:30am-4:30pm
- Weekend Requirements: 2-3 Night of call per week
- Reason for Coverage: need coverage for busy clinic
- Practice Setting: clinic/outpatient/hospital based
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-20
- EMR: Epic
- APP will be working autonomously
- There will be a supervising Physician present during assignment
- Patient Age Demographic: 18+
- Operating Rooms: 2 CVT / 6 Main OR
- Required Duties: Pre-Op Physical Exams, Suture Removal, Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Tests, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP NCCPA) - Required
- Active VA License - Required; no exceptions
- BLS/ACLS – Required
