A community-based healthcare system located in Western Colorado has an opening for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work as a Director of Psychiatric Providers in their Behavioral Health Department.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary-$106,288.00-$129,313 Year
  • $10,000 Sign-on
  • $4,000 Relocation
  • CME Reimbursement $3,000

  • 4 Plus weeks of vacation a year for Full-Time employees including sick pay and personal time off

Job Details:

  • Provide compassionate, caring, and skillful psychiatric care in outpatient and hospital setting
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and the Behavioral Health Program Director
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention efforts for psychiatric providers across multiple clinic locations
  • 4 Days a week- 10 Hour Shifts

Requirements:

  • Masters of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Colorado license or pending Colorado license
  • Three to five years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
